All calculators provided by YesMeasure are designed as preliminary planning and estimation tools. While our algorithms are developed using industry standards (such as IRC building codes, PDCA painting standards, TCNA tiling guidelines, and ACI concrete methods), real-world jobsite variables will affect final material requirements.
Such variables include, but are not limited to: out-of-square framing, uneven excavation depths, soil settling and compaction, pattern matching repeats, cutting mistakes, and manufacturer batch discrepancies.
YesMeasure and its operators assume no liability for material shortages, material overages, project delays, physical injury, or financial loss resulting from reliance on our calculations. Always verify critical measurements with a licensed general contractor, architect, engineer, or local building inspector before placing non-refundable orders or beginning construction.

Automated scraping, bulk harvesting of data, reverse-engineering calculation algorithms, or redistributing our tools within commercial software packages without express written authorization is prohibited.
